No fees and charges, including the charges for domain name registration, transfer or renewals, domain name transfers or renewals, shared hosting, VPS hosting, custom packages, setup fees, SSL certificates, WHMCS Licenses, add-ons, dedicated IP addresses, advanced support fees, processing fees, or software licenses shall be refunded. Dedicated Server packages are NOT refundable. All payments made in favor of SEO HOSTING LTD MALTA shall be non-refundable.
In case we are liable for any refund, all fees for value added services such as SSL certificate or free domain name registration that may be part of the Service shall be deducted from any refunds or account credits.
All refunds will be made to the original payment instrument that was used for purchasing the package/subscription. It may take one week to process your refund requests. In case, the questioned payment is more than 60 days and you are eligible for a refund.
All transactions made through some payment instruments such as bank wire transfers, Western Union payments, checks and money orders shall remain non-reversible irrespective of the money back guarantee. Any such refund shall be credited to your hosting account on the Service.
Shared hosting plans come with a 30 days money back promise. If for whatever reason we fail to satisfy you within 30 days we will charge $15 / $125 (depending on package) setup fee then refund the balance of your initial payment all we ask is you give us a reason so this will help us improve as a company. Dedicated Servers do not fall under this policy due to the labor involved in setting them up and also cost. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks.
